I went with FI CBE on my nismo only for the simple fact that I had it on my 09 touring sport before it was totaled. One thing I noticed was that the section of the FI exhaust that goes in place of the H-pipe may actually bolt on to the rest of the Nismo exhaust. I'm not positive as I didn't try this during my install but it's something to consider. I would contact Tony over at FI and ask his advice. If anything, he might be willing to fab something up for Nismo owners. I mean the the parts I'm talking about are just two individual S bent pipes that feed from the cats to the center portion of the exhaust. The S bend would still be the same, it would only be the flange that would need possible tinkering and perhaps length slightly adjusted.

Just something to consider. Again, I would call Tony and speak with him. He's super nice and very helpful regarding his products. Another thing to consider is that the H-pipe is only 2.25 inch and restrictive in flow vs. the fast intentions set up. I doubt sound will change much but you should pick up a few hp. Keep in mind the Nismo exhaust is only good for about 7-8hp over stock will FI or Stillen is good for about 15-18 over stock. A lot of that is the muffler design but part of it is also the smaller H-pipe the Nismo uses.
