Personally, I'd thank them for helping you with the run-in, forget about it and get on enjoying your car. I think most of us are way too hung up on this "new car with 0 miles" concept. A few hundred miles is nothing. Engine break in and life was a big deal 30 years ago, but not anymore, engines are way over-engineered and come from the factory ready for max output and 200k mile lifespan easy. The dealer should have informed you of the mileage status exactly, which was wrong, but they probably just didn't bother to notice. It really will make no difference.
