Also, does S-mode on consume more gas or battery?
this times a billion!!!

well it's a little different from what you're saying, i haven't tried upshifting with 's' mode off but...

what is the deal with this car, i noticed that the RPM's drop verrrry slowly when upshifting, and if i want to have a little fun with the car (never close to red line, just want to shift a little faster than normal) it like, jerks kinda..i never really knew what it was and never had any of this in previous cars i've owned..so i actually took the time to figure it out.

i would go to about 4500 rpm(doesnt really matter what rpm, just don't like to beat on my cars lol) and try to shift somewhat fast (not slamming the gears, don't misread what i'm typing) and i would notice by the time i put into higher gear and let go of clutch, the rpm's would be to high, meaning haven't dropped enough, and the car would jerk a little bit..what's the deal??? if i go and shift, it's like i have to wait for the rpm's to drop and stay if i want it to be smooth.

also p.s. does this have anything to do with the flywheel?? meaning the speed in revving up/down??
