Arcadia is awful. It's a mix of older drivers who drive slow, and a bunch of kids with riced cars who watched way too much fast and furious.
And then you get off the roads, pull into the asian market, and get dinged with like 15 shopping carts, and an older lady in a Toyota Sienna ready to slam into the side of your car because she's not looking while she's backing up.
