Default Navi flicker - new problem for me. Anyone else see this?

Occasionally the nav screen flickers on my 2010. I am trying to find out if the problem is something for the dealer or for the company that installed my backup camera. The flicker is intermittant, which means that no one will believe me. When it happens, it looks like the image on the screen "jumps" up and the screen shows tearing (for those who remember analog CRT's).

The backup cam provides an interrupt to the video feed to the screen. I use a NavTool to provide the electionics for the backup cam. Their stuff is really reliable.

Any others have this issue?
