We've all come to agreement that taking the rear section off of a stock exhaust sounds pretty darm good.

Just don't try it with a Stillen exhaust. It sounds like CRAAAAAAP!

The Stillen rear exhaust section weighs 36.2 lbs!

With the rear section removed, the sound is very raspy, similar to how a trombone amplifies the simple vibration of your lips..... the straight pipes (with resonators, headers and cats) amplify each exhaust pulse to make a cacaphony high pitch exhaust harmonics accentuated by a base line of BLAT, BLAT, BLAT!

It does pull a nice 3rd gear scratch though.
