Question Cover frozen to my Z

Ok, so i messed up.

Cover came half off from wind yesterday and got rained on. I put the cover back on the wet car and now, of course, it's frozen. Temps won't go above freezing in the forecast.

Will it hurt the paint to just leave it stuck there for days? Weeks?

Any solutions? Too far away to blow a hair dryer on it. Pots of hot water? Norma water? Just leave it?
