I did get an alignment afterward, however the camber in the front is pretty aggressive I think. I was thinking about whether that could cause some issues but I have seen other cars on here with a lot more tire and rim with more camber and haven't heard of these issues. It almost sounds as if a brake pad was completely worn and the metal backing was grinding against the disc.

It seems to do it only 5-7 times out of 10 and only when turning to the right (1.5 turns through to full lock), moving forward (does not do it in reverse), and I can feel the grinding through the car and steering wheel. Do you guys have any potential contact points that you might know of that I can check out and report back? I really appreciate the help by the way.
