I do find it disturbing though that you can get a warning in this manner, anyone could have been driving that car, theres no proof that I (the owner) was indeed driving the car.

I almost got this ho bag's car towed for taking an awesome parking spot on U street that I was CLEARLY waiting for. I was pisssssssssssssssed. I took a picture of her and her lame friend in the car while I pulled off and they tried to get one back of me, but.. they were parked.. and I'm fast.. (sigh). THAT'S road rage at it's best. I still hate her. lol. People are lame.
I should have a couple of letters in the mail from random do-gooder drivers, when they finally figure out how to spell my license plate...
