Definitely! no need to rush but I would like it all finished soon.
Daniel: The parts being changed on the car are mainly parts outside of GTM's control i.e. the car leaves the shop on a trailer to another shop for a week or so then comes back. GTM gave me realistic timelines we had a motor already pre-built for my project. The turbo kit had already been shipped to me last year. I had clutch and most of the supporting mods already in hand in may. the main pieces left were install fabrication and tuning. The install was done in about 2 months. We looked over the project and some components and realized we could better the build and make a better product to be reproduced. GTM took it on themselves to make the build better! They told me there could be delays and kept me up to date. I had photoshoots for the car and I had other body work to get done... GTM has been patient with me on this build and now the car is finally all theirs to finish. My turbo power will be down and available for release before new years. Again I want to STRESS no ones builds were ever put on hold so that mine could be built... the reason for such a quick build was the stockpiling of parts WAY in advance of the build!!! The time lines are realistic and despite the car traveling to shows and to other shops it could have easily been finished months ago! My build is more than a turbo/motor build... it is a full car makeover! Push the point all you want just realize you are preaching to a deaf crowd... we are looking forward not back and I would appreciate you doing the same.
Thank you,
Mike
p.s. thank you guys for the compliments! you too daniel!
