Volume ? I have no idea ! I haven't tested it but should be very close to each other.

Air Feeding , well there is 6 runner in the Intake manifold and 3 of each side is positioned toward the Throttle entry ,, the rear and middle runner have more of an direct air pickup than the front one.
There isn't a wall separation from the left to right , the air is free to move everywhere
I have a manufacturing background and it looks like you could punch a larger hole centered on the new bolt location and Epoxy in some nylon dowels, with the bolt hole on the center and under-cut in the middle. If you dyno proves out. I'll see if you could make up a kit or something.
