the 350zHR/M370 does have longer runner than the 370zvhr manifold
as for the size , the runner entry of the 350zHR/M370 seem bigger than the 370zvhr and also the curved lip is more suited in the 350zHR for the runner size
from my very limited experience and what I have read on the M370 from MotorDyne.
The 350HR manifold should be superior (haven't been on the dyno myself yet) on the VQ37 platform
Volume ? I have no idea ! I haven't tested it but should be very close to each other.
Air Feeding , well there is 6 runner in the Intake manifold and 3 of each side is positioned toward the Throttle entry ,, the rear and middle runner have more of an direct air pickup than the front one.
There isn't a wall separation from the left to right , the air is free to move everywhere
