Possible.... maybe..

Worth it? No. The entire center console from the knobs all the way up to the LCD screen are completely difference from the non-navi model. There's a good chance the car's ECU is different to accomodate the features of the car to throw up on screen.

The OEM nav unit can display mileage too, among other features of the car.
