Wow.. Quick response:

The Nismo disc is 250mm, larger diameter than the stock 240mm.

The disc is spring center full face.

The Nismo clutch kit is similar to a stage 1 high performance kit.

If you're looking for racing use only, I would recommend figuring out what the expectations are of the clutch and go from there... Nismo would be good for street/track combination. Probably not enough for Drag race only or a Track only car. You'll probably want to go with a 4 or 6 puck unsprung disc but that would put a lot of stress on the drivetrain.

I have yet to see an aftermarket gearset, driveshaft, and rear end for this Z34.

Personally, I think the Nismo Clutch kit & flywheel setup would be the best on first time fitment, drivability, reliability, and performance for the dollar.
