Performance wise there is a significant difference. These springs were designed around the valving range of the stock struts. Of course aftermarket performance struts would only improve the setup considering it would do so even with the stock springs.
And 400 is pretty much MSRP.

They are selling it for 335, and Im sure the price can still be haggled from there.
