I bought a TWM weighted shift knob, it's made a huge difference in shifting quality. This thing weighs over 1 pound and is a bit shorter then the stock set up. I was running the Nismo one previously, which IMO is way too light, I use to mis-shift all the time with it. Now I have no problems. I will upgrade to a short throw shifter later on, but I'm pretty satisfied for now. I'll post up some pics later.
