The EVO 10s are the only generation that I would consider; huge step up in refinement in almost every way compared to the previous generations. Conversely, they just don't have that raw feel or character the older models have either.

I think only one of the roads really ever gets ice this early, but still, would be nice to know.
I haven't been to GMR since around April, but I think there really are only a couple of routes you can take. Someone else will chime to confirm or correct me. But as long as we take the route with painted lines, I'm all over it! But that section up to Baldy with no lane dividers is traveled by too many jackasses who think they're on a way road. Every time I've gone that way I have a close call with dumbasses who constantly take the inside line even when it means they're in the oncoming traffic's lane. And surprisingly, it's all takers — rock crawlers, sport cars, sport bikes, cyclists. Seems like everyone gets there and acts like it their own personal one way road.

Are you thinking a little later of a time? I didn't think of ice, this is Socal after all! I have that road in the route I have set up which I believe is one of the popular routes for taking all the great roads in that area. Hopefully if we go early enough, we might be able to avoid the issues with Baldy!
I think 7am is the best time to avoid traffic, plan on the GMR Cruise 7am Saturday the 27th of November (next Saturday)
