Hi everyone. This is officially my first post. Been lurking around for a week or so. But I wanted my first post to be my introduction of my new Z. Let me introduce you to Zena (greek for Alive)... I picked her up just this afternoon. I couldn't resist the end of the year deals, and was deciding between this coupe, a Z vert, a used BMW, porsche, and S2000... The Z was the best of the group per the price and bang per buck... bar none. IMO, the Z was the sexiest and sportiest looking of the bunch. And that synchro rev...oh god... unbelievable. Love it.
I decided on this beauty after seeing her the first time... especially in white. I've had 5 black cars prior, and I wanted a change. I never knew how sexy white was on the Z... while at the same time being "in your face" sporty, with an air of class. Love it.
Needless to say, my 90 minutes drive back from the dealership was the best drive of my life to date. I traded in my 2003 G35 coupe with 13k miles... I thought I would miss her, but after getting in the helm of Zena, memories were distant... hehe. The G was nice, but the Z just felt more like a pure sports car...more "raw"...hopefully you fellow Z owners can relate. I look forward to learning a lot from all of you here. More pics to come after I give her a good detail and buff.
p.s. I almost got the cherry Z roadster you see in the background of the very last pic below... but it just didn't look as good as the coupe. Besides, the combination of the cherry color just seemed to fit more a female person, or an older person... I'm 32, so I wanted something that fit my persona more.
