Up for sale is my 1989 Nissan 240sx coupe. I've owned it since October of 2006 and it's been through a lot of changes. When I originally bought it, it was a cream and charcoal two tone and it had the original front.
The reason I'm selling the car is because I can't afford to keep it and finish it. School is starting to get expensive and paying for school is a priority. The car drives great and has been well maintained. It's not in perfect condition but that's expected with a 20 year old car. It has always been a daily driver, never tracked, drives great, very quick.
The motor was pulled from the car this winter/spring to upgrade parts, quick overhaul, paint engine bay, etc. We replaced just about every gasket possible without tearing the motor down. We replaced the AACV with a new OEM unit as well as all gaskets and seals for it. Also replaced the water pump, front and rear main seal, valve cover gasket, new coolant temp sensor(ecu one), factory 02 sensor, intake manifold gasket, collector gasket, exhaust gasket, turbo gaskets, clutch slave cylinder, and there might be a few more things I'm forgetting.
Car should be around ~340whp

GOOD:
Car is in good shape for being 21 years old. Paint is only about 3 years old. It could use a good waxing and buffing to look exceptional.
It has a sunroof, power windows, locks and mirrors.
I Just recently changed the brake pads (back in August).
THE BAD:
Someone backed into the front fender on the driver’s side. It’s not horrible but still noticeable.
The windshield has a few rock chips in it.
The cluster doesn’t light up. I’m not sure if it’s an electrical problem or a problem with the cluster.
No A/C
The car smokes under high boost, looks to be running rich.
Interior could use some work. The carpet on the driver side is torn. The seats are worn too.
Passenger side mirror fell off. I’m currently trying to replace it.
Needs a new antenna or cover the hole
I'm asking
$7,200 OBO.
I'm also accepting trades. I'm looking for a reliable 4 cylinder, AWD or RWD. Subaru's are a plus!
