If you don't plan on doing any mods except intake then get the stillen Gen 3's since they give the largest gains. If however you plan to do exhaust and other mods then it really doesn't matter. People who have exhaust, HFC, etc who then did intake afterwards all saw roughly the same gains: 5-8hp. So whether you just get k&n drop ins, the k&n short ram intake, or still Gen 3's you will get the same gains if you plan to do other mods.

In my opinion I would rank them in this order: k&n drop in's, k&n short ram, then still GEN 3's. Mainly due to cost and ease of maintance. K&N drop in's work well and give gains without the look of having an intake. The k&n short ram is good for those who want gains but also want to pop the hood and show they have something. The GEN 3's are a good qaulity intake with that WOW factor but require a good deal more work to install and maintain compared to the other two mentioned (although still not hard to do). Really it's just up to you and what you are looking for as in the end the hp gains will all be roughly the same if you plan to do any other mods.
