Default

I don't own a MaxQ but I've borrowed a setup from a friend a couple of times. I've used both the PDA setup with external video, and the netbook setup.

The PDA setup is a little more solid, and you can view/compare telemetry immediately after a session/run but not the video because it is external. The downside is you have a tiny little screen to look at. Later after you import the video and data into your PC you need to manually synchronize them.

The netbook system is very cool, the software records the video (up to 2 cams) at the same time as the telemetry and you can view everything together after a session/run. The problem is that the software and the netbooks are still a little buggy. The netbooks seem to crash on a regular basis and have to be rebuilt, reinstalled.

I think you're right and that ChaseCam is the way to go for now.
