Well I'm going to keep messing it with myself. Taking it back is just going to result in multiple trips back and forth, as they adjust say the noise, but screw up the total height, etc etc. The only way to get it done right is going to be to do it myself. I mean, it's not rocket science, right. I've got most of it figured out, and I guess it's mostly down to trial and error (the only thing that sucks is that I have to take the inside of the door off every time, which is a pain).

Was just hoping someone had some experience and could offer some hints.

The manual is pretty clear on the B, C and D adjusting bolts (which adjust the angle of the top of the glass). The parts that I cant quiet figure out are the two glass mounting bolts and more importantly the two vertical bolts right next to them (the areas I have highlighted in red [I think] on the image bellow).
