The other concern would be that if the dealership couldn't resolve the issue 4 times in a row for the previous owner, why would they be able to after buying the car back? I wouldn't want to take that chance.

Agreed,........ I told dealer today and got my $500 dollar deposit back.......while I'll never get an 'A' titled Nismo for 31k, I will remain paitient !
