You could buy a 1LT for probably around 43K if you felt like it, +TTL of course.
You can get a new Grand Sport for around 47K.
MSRP's on a corvette are a joke. You pay the dealer $1-2K over dealer-cost (about 12% below MSRP) and they are happy to deal.
