The rear hatch should definitely be covered, it is a TSB and they have nothing to lose by servicing you under the TSB.

Yeah I hear you, Im not too familiar with the policy on tires. If it had just been a case of getting a flat I wouldnt be ticked, but the bubbles that developed are downright dangerous. Plus Im not happy that these tires supposedly cost over $200 a pop. Could anybody confirm that price for the standard tires that come on the Z?
The TSB does have a note in there that says something to the effect of "If a clicking sound is not present, the TSB does not apply". This is the excuse they used and really got me heated. The problem lies in the fact that my hatch wont open with one press of the release button, regardless of what sound this produces. They simply do nothing that resembles customer service.
I went on dealerrater.com and they have an AWFUL rating. The service manager I spoke to was even cited in somebody's nagative review. I mean what kind of manager tells you not to bring your car to them again, that they dont want your business?
