More people buy the Xbox and 360 versions of those games because that is who they are marketed toward -- also the PC fan base tends to be more critical of a game. That and you can mod the hell out of a PC game, you can't really touch anything on console.
Also games look better (and have the
ability to run smoother) on PC.
That and competitively, there is no replacement for a mouse and keyboard.
