1. Whenever I receive a call the sound is very low and muffled. It sounds as if the volume is only coming through the tweeters. I have an iPhone 4, not sure if that matters.

2. When using the navigation I don't receive audio prompts at all. I get the guidance but no sound.

With that said I dont have any problems with sound quality when listening to music. I have a lot of other equipment that will eventually be professionally installed but it may be a while. If I can get these 2 problems resolved in the meantime that would be awesome. Thanks for the help.
1. The volume for the phone is separate from other audio sources. Meaning, if you're listening to an iPod at level 20, it doesn't mean your phone will be at 20. Call someone on your phone and when it connects, start turning your volume up. My guess is your phone volume on the unit is extremely low.

2. While you are in the Nav area. Go to "Settings>Navigation" and turn "Voice Prompts" on. You'll also probably want to go into the HU system settings and change your Nav speaker use. You can have "Front Left", "Front Right" or "Front All". The volume rule for the nav is the same as the phone. You can set the volume in the system settings, but you can also adjust the volume by hitting the up or down volume buttons while the voice prompts are active.
