I know there is a very active thread already concerning this issue: Gas Pedal Delay
However, I wanted to start this thread to track who has called Nissan to do something about it.

Nissan Consumer Affairs has been incredibly helpful thus far (though it's only been 2 days). They informed me that everybody who experiences this throttle delay needs to go to their dealer, then contact Consumer Affairs at: 1.800.NISSAN1

Please do not discuss the actual problem here, as that is what the other thread is for.
