Had the same thing happen to me at a Firestone shop. It's likely from the tire mount they use. Make sure they use a touchless / lever less tire mount. Most of these low end crappy shops still use crowbars with a guy pretty much gouging the crap out of the rim. They had the nerve to say " we change tires on BMW's and Mercedes all the time". Still pisses me off to this day. In the end, I settled for a full refund because I was seconds away from hitting the service manager in the face.
