A twin turbo setup is gonna run about 11K and you are gonna need a lot of supporting mods (transmission upgrades, etc) to support the power levels. If you limit the power on a TT to what the stock stuff can handle, you've spent a lot more money to get the same performance. So, if your target is just around a 100 hp boost, an SC setup makes the most sense.
