Not to be a downer but if it's rather low in relation to your shoulders it may not be ideal. Too low and you could have spine compression in an accident. Here is the SFI Belt Mounting Guide from the Sparco site.


That is what Takata recommends. A popular place for belts to be mounted is in between the cushions of the rear seat, and this is generally acceptable.

This topic has been argued time and time again, but it's just about what seat beat manufacturer you trust I guess. Let me know if you ever hear of anyone with a compressed spine
