My wife's car is a RAV4 Limited, has that same mirror for the rear cam. It dissapears when you put it back in drive and its a refelctive surface again. You can't really see the screen when it's off. Pretty cool actually. The only think I don't like about it is that it doesnt have Homelink.

There is a DIY on how to add the Homelink. Putting one on my Nismo this weekend hopefully. Got it
