since you will be lowering the wheel rate of the suspension you might get a tad bit more camber if the car sits slightly lower but you probably wont even notice it. i haven't needed a alignement after adding spacers. mine is at ET27(F)/ET15(R).

for the inner smaller lugs i use a dab of loctite blue and let it cure over night.

if you're using the spacers with lugs built into the spacers you will need to do some grinding on the front if 20mm. search around as ive posted that already somewhere.
