Possibly putting my wheels for sale. I'm in no rush, this is just to see what I can get for my current ones.
Up for sale: my Volk CE28N 'Genesis' wheels. They are limited edition, Volk only made 500 of these in the world. Special 'Burnt Silver' with embossed decals. In my opinion, These wheels look amazing on the Z. I've taken care of these wheels the best I possibly can from start to finish. You don't even want to know how long I took just to line up and put those decals on each wheel!
Specs:
F: 19x9.5 +22 (using Hankook V12 255/35/19)
R: 19x10.5 +22 (using Hankook V12 295/30/19)
(NOTE: I am running +10 spacers in the rear if you refer to any of my latest pictures.)
I am not going to include the center caps at this time, and there is no TPMS in any of them. Tires have around 3000 miles on them, no track time, just a single decent canyon run. Three of the rims are immaculate. One has a very, VERY tiny chip that I freaked out over but more than one person has told me I'm overreacting. (If you have met me in person at one of the local meets you know I am very detail oriented, so that's why I'm kind of angry at myself for letting a small scratch onto my wheel.)
Asking $2850 for the rims only. If you are interested in the tires, let me know and we can negotiate that as well then the price is $3300, plus whatever shipping fees are applicable. I am not stating a price on rims+tires because it will depend on how much mileage I put on the tires between now and the time of sale. Tires have about three thousand miles on them now. Plenty of life left!
Local sale is always preferred, but shipping may be a possibility.
Note - don't bother lowballing; like I said, I'm in no rush to move these (if I do end up moving them at all!), so I can afford to be pretty patient with these.
Let me know if you have any questions. I will post up updated (but not as pretty) photos this week, including the single 'damaged' rim.
Thanks for looking
EDIT 11/6/10: Here is the photo of the damaged wheel. Sorry, the flash kind of drowned it out. I tried to outline it with the red circle. IT'S NOT A BIG SCRATCH. The second shot is a dime. It's like...a quarter the size of a DIME.
I'm just really picky, and I'm letting everybody know what the deal is with these wheels. You can't even see it...I had to run my hand over the wheel just to find the scratch again! I guarantee, this is the ONLY blemish you'll find on these rims!
