If you click on "User CP" [top of screen, second dark gray bar] you'll be taken to a control panel. From there you can click "edit avatar" which will let you choose or upload a picture that will appear under your name. If you click on "edit signature" you can upload a picture that will appear under your post [like mine]. Hope that helps.
