In my job I walk and hurry-up walk for 7 hrs a day non stop + In winter time I do work out indoor on my treadmill + the constant shoveling(manual no machine) of the snow front of my garage
and I just had my physical
100 over 70 blood pressure
23% body fat
little high in sugar
and little high in cholesterol
what my doctor said
I used to play Basketball in my teens until 30's
so I know when I'm not in shape
