Wasn't getting in or out of the car, hit my car with the passenger door, despite the fact that he was driving, etc. Looked like he was going to hit it harder, but tried to stop when he noticed me. Still wound up hitting my car.

Decided the jail time for killing him probably wasn't worth it for a door ding.
