Default So, who can explain this one to me?

So, I'm just checking my email tonight and realize I have a message from the guy who purchased my wrecked Yellow Z. And when I say purchased, he's the one who sold it on eBay. Anyway...come to find out he sold it to someone in California for $9500 but he doesn't have the keys to the car.

I remember when I was on the phone with my Allstate rep that she said I would be getting an envelope in the mail and that I need to put the keys in it and mail it back to them. Well, that's exactly what I did and I also sent the LoJack "key" since I had both attached to my keyring. Naturally he is asking me if I have the keys, which of course I don't. I told him I would contact the Allstate rep who handled my total loss claim. Do you think I will have any luck or am I just wasting my time? I know I can't really do anything until Tuesday, at the earliest.

Any suggestions?
