Default Adjusting FI exhaust tips

I just installed a FI CBE and my right side tips are sitting too high and in some. Almost no gap with the bumper. The left side looks just right. I also noticed that one tip sticks out further than the other. So the right side sits in more than the left. So I want to lower the right side, and get the tip to stick out a little. How can I do this? Do I need to loosen the whole cat back and try to tighten it back again? I did try to do this with both muffler sections to the H pipe and it did nothing, so I am thinking the problem might be from the cats to the H pipe? Or do I just need to add washers and or bend the metal hangers or bracket itself? I really don't think it's the FI CBE as my previous exhaust did the same exact thing. So I think it might just be my car or the HFC's might be throwing things off...
