Having the A/C on usually increases oil and/or coolant temperature due to the added load and condenser core heat soak, subsequently radiator and engine bay heat soak... I'm interested to see the data to back up your 10-15 degree decrease claim

Usually the fact that either of the fans are running is negligible at highway speed unless they flow some SERIOUS air.
