There shouldn't be any pulsing to speak of, that would be a sign of rotor run-out or improperly installed/torqued wheels. If your wheels where removed at any time you might want to check on that, or it could have come from the dealer like that. Back-off all wheel nuts slightly (1 wheel at a time) and re-torque to 80 ft/lbs. Make sure they didn't install the incorrect locking nuts.
