Actually, the T1i had the same DIGIC 4 processor used in the T2i, though obviously there are some processing differences due to the new sensor.
I did forget about the new 7D similar 63-zone metering system, however. |
It may be the same version of the processor but the algorithms are all new. Better noise control and color
