Yeah when the TC light stays on and disables itself, in my experience the TC has given up because some inputs seem mismatched to it. I've had it happen under two different conditions so far. Once when I re-attached the steering shaft incorrectly (steering wheel wasn't centered when wheels were centered), and another time when we forgot to turn off VDC before hitting the dyno (front wheels not moving at 100+ mph ). I can't imagine what could do that related to brakes though, unless there's an issue with one of your wheel-speed sensors.

And I need to retighten everything in the exhaust. Seems like some bolts are loose. Lots of rasp/rattling and its hitting the cross member on bumps. I am sure I have an exhaust leak.
Don't let it go very long, or you'll burn out a gasket like I did. If the gasket is still good retightening can save it.
