Buy Scirocco

Have kids
Sell Scirocco - buy subaru
Buy house
Buy RX-8
Sell RX-8, Buy MINI Cooper
Sell MINI Cooper, Buy Mazda, pay for college
College almost paid for, Buy Z!

The trick is in intersperse the cars with the responsibilities
