oops-I just read this. ok-there is a hard water spot remover that you can buy-try
www.majesticsolutions.com They sell a hard water spot remover that worked great -it is time consuming though. The name of the product is Bio clean. It worked on my black cherry without any ill effects and the spots have not been back since i put a filter on my hose. dont worry-you can get them off-will take time and some patience.
