Do a search on "spacers" and you will find much information. I am running 20mm spacers on the rear of my Z and 15mm on the front. The only advice I will give is that you should consider the type of spacers that come with new, longer lugs to make up for the thickness of the spacers, and they should definitely be hubcentric. The bolt on type will not work on the front unless you go with at least 20mm thick on the front. I am running H&R spacers and I got them from Stillen.
