I think you might have gotten lucky and avoided any serious damage. Take it to an alignment shop and have them inspect the suspension for bent or damaged control arms and links and check the alignment. I once bent a control arm on my Maxima just by hitting a large pothole.

The wheels look repairable, take it to a wheel specialist that can check for hairline cracks and have it repaired and painted.
