yeah im pretty sure its not that way in WA, as his insurance said they may not pay my whole deductible. The cop didnt cite him even though he said turning from that lane in this instance was illegal. But he drove a trailer in the past, and knows he couldnt make that turn from the outside lane. Also mentioned he had a 280z back in the day... I agree its nothing to trip about, it will all get fixed. And i will have less rock chips. Solves my rusted rock chip issue.. lol.
