When this manifold went through the R&D, it was tested in low temperature and high temperature for a more accurate reading. From the dyno testing, 12hp/16tq was the lowest gains, it was consistent but the lowest with the highest atmosphere temperature. Now remember, many factors come to play when doing a dyno reading.
It’s not 50hp gain, it’s more in the lines of 12hp being the lowest to 25hp being the highest from what I witness myself.

Reading the developments form MotorDyne, seems like this is kind of a VQ35HR-VQ37VHR manifold hybrid. It is indeed a modified stock manifold of some sort.
