honestly from what im seeing is tht 2009's are going for aroud 27500-28500 so def haggle them. 2011's are coming out and they need to move these vehicles, so if i were you i would give them what your willing to pay for, if they accept, fine, if not walk away. mention that another dealership offered you a better deal on a 2010 model, see what they say.
